外観は落ち着いたアースカラーの塗り壁とアーチ状の陰影が連なる照明演出により、控えめながらも印象的な佇まいに。

内装には落ち着きのある色調と素材感をベースに、トチの一枚板を使用した存在感のあるカウンターを配置、料理人の所作を間近で楽しめるオープンキッチンの構成とし、ライブ感のあるダイニング体験を演出しています。
また、店内中央には青く光る生簀を設け、鮮度と演出の両面で魚介の強みを表現。
シンプルながら計算された照明計画と素材の表情を引き立てる空間構成により、訪れる人の記憶に残る上質な時間を提供します。

Leveraging the strengths of a group company specializing in seafood wholesale, this former izakaya was renovated into a French restaurant where fresh fish takes center stage.
The exterior features a calm earth-toned plaster wall and lighting that creates a series of arched shadows, resulting in a restrained yet striking presence.

The interior features a calming palette and textured materials, anchored by a substantial counter crafted from a single piece of horse chestnut wood. An open kitchen layout allows guests to enjoy the chefs' movements up close, creating a dining experience with a live, dynamic feel.
Additionally, a blue-lit fish tank is positioned at the restaurant's center, showcasing the seafood's freshness and visual appeal.
